Welcome to Bajrayogini Tour and Travels Pvt. Ltd. By booking a trip, tour, or any service through our website or office, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
1. Booking and Confirmation
- All bookings must be made through our official website, office, or authorized agents.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment and confirmation from our team.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the trip, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Please ensure that all personal and travel details provided are accurate. Bajrayogini Tour and Travels will not be responsible for errors due to incorrect information provided by the client.
2. Payment Policy
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or digital wallets (where available).
- A minimum deposit of 25–50% of the total trip cost is required to secure your booking.
- All bank or transaction charges must be borne by the customer.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- More than 30 days before departure: 80% refund of total trip cost.
- 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days or no-show: No refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- In case of cancellations due to government restrictions, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances, Bajrayogini Tour and Travels reserves the right to offer credit vouchers or alternate dates instead of a cash refund.
4. Changes and Modifications
- The company reserves the right to make necessary changes to itineraries, services, or prices due to unavoidable circumstances such as flight delays, road closures, or weather conditions.
- If a customer wishes to change the travel date or destination, the request must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled departure, and additional costs may apply.
5. Travel Insurance and Health
- Travelers are strongly advised to purchase personal travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, accidents, and baggage loss.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring their physical fitness and medical readiness for the trip.
- Bajrayogini Tour and Travels shall not be liable for any illness, injury, or loss occurring during the trip.
6. Passport, Visa, and Documentation
- Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary visas, permits, and travel documents.
- The company will provide assistance with documentation upon request but cannot be held responsible for visa denials or document issues.
7. Responsibility and Liability
- Bajrayogini Tour and Travels acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport companies, and other service providers.
- We are not liable for any loss, damage, delay, injury, or inconvenience caused by third-party providers or events beyond our control.
- Customers are expected to follow local laws and respect cultural norms during travel.
8. Use of Images and Media
- The company may use photos or videos taken during trips for marketing and promotional purposes unless the customer specifically requests otherwise in writing.
9. Privacy Policy
- All customer data, including personal information and contact details, are kept confidential and used solely for travel-related purposes.
- We do not share client data with any unauthorized third parties.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Nepal.
- Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
